How can I join the Kate Backdrop Member?
You can join our Membership by creating a customer account on our website. If you already have an account with us, you're automatically enrolled in the program. Start earning points by making purchases and engaging with our brand today!
Where can I find my Smile points balance?
Log into your customer account on our website, and navigate to the "View Ways to redeem/earn". There, you’ll find your current points balance and information on how to earn more points.
How can I redeem my points for discounts and rewards?
Once you've logged into your account, visit the "View Ways to redeem/earn". If you have enough points for a reward, you'll see the option to redeem them for discounts, products, or other exciting rewards. Simply follow the instructions to apply your reward to your next purchase.
Can I use my rewards in conjunction with other discounts?
Rewards redeemed through our Smile loyalty program cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional codes unless specified otherwise.
How to find my coupon code I redeemed before?
Go to our website and log into your account, then look for the "View Ways to redeem -Your Rewards" section, then you will see any unused discount codes you have earned.
Why are points missing from my account? I noticed my rewards points balance decreased...
If you've noticed a decrease in your rewards points balance, it's likely because you've recently redeemed points for a discount coupon that hasn't been used yet. Here's how to check:
To view your redemption history and unused discount codes:
1. **Log in** to your Kate Backdrop account
2. Click on **View ways to Earn/Redeem** in the top navigation menu
3. Select **Your Rewards** from the account dashboard to see any unused discount codes
4. Navigate to the **Your Activity** tab to see all your past redemptions
Your points are deducted from your balance as soon as you redeem them for a coupon, even if you haven't applied the coupon to an order yet. Unused coupons typically remain valid for 6 months from the date of redemption.
If you've checked your redemption history and available coupons and still believe there's an error with your points balance, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Approximate date when you noticed the points decrease
- Expected vs. actual points balance
