How to custom the item? Please follow the steps below.
Send an email to support@katebackdrop.com or contact us via Facebook home page Kate Backdrop, tell us your requirements and the size, or send us pictures directly.
Once we receive your request, we will reply you within 24 hours. Please order it from the corresponding custom link after you get our confirmation that we can make it.
Once your order is placed you will receive a digital proof within 24-48 business hours, Monday through Saturday. We will not begin production until your proof is approved, so check your customer email for your digital proof or Facebook Kate Backdrop inbox! Customer service:support@katebackdrop.com
You can also upload your artwork directly. Please submit high-resolution files at 300dpi. If the larger file needs to be uploaded, please send it using 'Wetransfer' or 'Dropbox'.
Backdrops Printing and packing take 2-3 days.Normal shipping time takes 7-11 days. So you will get it within 15 days usually.
