How do I order?

Step 1: Add some item(s) into your Shopping Bag.
Step 2: Check out when item selection is completed.
Step 3: Log in your KATE account.
Step 4: Complete order information.

Has my order shipped?

Check your order's status by clicking on "My Account / Order History" at the top right side of our site. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

How do I track my order?

For order tracking, simply visit "My Account / Order Status" on the top right of our website.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, often within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us at support@katebackdrop.com as soon as possible, and we will try to cancel the order for you. But if your package has been shipped, printed by the vendor, unfortunately, your order can not be canceled. If you still insist on canceling your order, you would have to pay 25% of the order price for the printed item as cancellation fee.

How do I use a coupon?

To apply a coupon to your order, add your desired products to the shopping cart. Then, click on 'Cart' at the top of the page to view your items. During checkout, you'll find a box on the right side where you can enter your coupon code. Enjoy the savings!

How can I make a custom backdrop?

Thank you for your interest in our custom backdrops. We are delighted to offer customization in any size, with any image, color, or pocket size you need. Here are three easy ways to proceed with your custom order:

  • Customize by Size: Found a backdrop you love but need a different size? Just send us the product link and your preferred size. We'll create a proof for approval, then print and ship your custom backdrop.
  • Customize with Your Own Image:Want to use a special image? Email us your photo or use Dropbox/WeTransfer for files over 20MB to support@katebackdrop.com. Ensure your image is over 10MB, at least 300dpi, and in .jpg, .png, .eps, .psd, .pdf, or .ai format. We'll check its suitability and proceed.
  • Order Custom Backdrops Online: Easily order on our site at Here Select size, quantity, upload your image, add to cart, and checkout.
