Log into your customer account on our website, and navigate to the "View ways to redeem/earn". There, you’ll find your current points balance and information on how to earn more points.

Once you've logged into your account, visit the "View ways to redeem/earn". If you have enough points for a reward, you'll see the option to redeem them for discounts, products, or other exciting rewards. Simply follow the instructions to apply your reward to your next purchase.

Rewards redeemed through our Smile loyalty program cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional codes unless specified otherwise.

Go to our website and log into your account, then look for the "Ways to redeem - Your rewards" section, then you will see any unused discount codes you have earned.

If you've noticed a decrease in your rewards points balance, it's likely because you've recently redeemed points for a discount coupon that hasn't been used yet. Here's how to check:

To view your redemption history and unused discount codes:

1. **Log in** to your Kate Backdrop account
2. Click on **View ways to Earn/Redeem** in the top navigation menu
3. Select **Your Rewards** from the account dashboard to see any unused discount codes
4. Navigate to the **Your Activity** tab to see all your past redemptions

Your points are deducted from your balance as soon as you redeem them for a coupon, even if you haven't applied the coupon to an order yet. Unused coupons typically remain valid for 6 months from the date of redemption.

If you've checked your redemption history and available coupons and still believe there's an error with your points balance, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Approximate date when you noticed the points decrease
- Expected vs. actual points balance
